Volvo and Hyundai drive into Bagatelle Les Showrooms
The two car brands have relocated to new 21,500m2 showrooms with a dedicated sales area, repair workshops and a spare parts shop (with over 20,000 items in stock!). Come down for a test drive at Bagatelle Les Showrooms!
Bosch gets rolling
Bosch has moved in at Bagatelle Les Showrooms since September 2020. The automotive equipment supplier now has its head office and its sixth car centre in Mauritius there. Maintenance services are provided for all vehicle brands.
Sensoria launches construction work
Work on Sensoria Home’s 1,000m2 building has started in November, with completion expected within one year. This will be the furnishings and interior design specialist’s fourth showroom on the island. Sensoria Home also represents the Kave Home brand.
Axess shifts into fifth gear
Axess is already present at Bagatelle through the Peugeot, Citroën and Suzuki showrooms as well as a Michelin workshop. The car dealer is expanding its footprint in the area with the opening of a showroom for its luxury brands, Jaguar and Land Rover. Sales and after-sales services will be offered in a modern and spacious setting built to the British manufacturer’s international standards. The building site was handed over in November 2021, for an opening in early 2022.
Lam Choo & Co Ltd moves to the area
Lam Choo & Co. Ltd already has a shop on Royal Street in Port Louis and wanted to relocate to Bagatelle Les Showrooms to take advantage of its strategic location. The new 1,600m2 building under construction is due for delivery in early 2022. It will house a hardware store and a home accessories store. The inauguration is scheduled around June 2022.
Redline thinks big
Redline opened a 2,700m2 household appliances and tableware showroom at Bagatelle this year. It is one of the largest of its kind in Mauritius. On the second floor, there are twenty construction and renovation suppliers to provide you with all you need, including sheet metal, tiles, ecological building materials, doors, flooring, home automation and kitchen furniture!
Work on the top floor was completed in November 2021. It houses two furniture brands, including Kuka Home’s 300m2 showroom – a popular choice for living room furniture! While you are there, you can enjoy a gourmet break in the adjoining café.
Toyota keeps pushing the limits!
The car dealer has finally completed its development in Bagatelle! Work started in 2020 but was slowed down a bit by COVID-19. Toyota Mauritius opened its third branch on the island in September 2021 at Bagatelle Les Showrooms. The 3,500m2 centre offers car and spare part sales as well as maintenance and repair services.
