Courchamps meets with tremendous
success
The 54 plots of land at Les Versants de Courchamps sold out within weeks in late 2020 and have been delivered only one year later. In addition, a road has been built to provide access to the morcellement.
All the plots available for sale in the first phase at Les Berges de Courchamps have also been reserved. Infrastructure work has started to supply water and electricity, as well as road construction within the morcellement. The second sales phase has started in September 2021.
Les Versants de Courchamps and Les Berges de Courchamps are high-end residential developments available only for buyers from Mauritius and the diaspora. Both developments have attracted strong buyer interest.
