Baz’Art Mokaray
The Baz’Art Mokaray brand was also created as a culinary project offering a place to eat in a green, craft-inspired setting [see page 72]. This is a place to enjoy old-fashioned cooking, prepared with authentic local ingredients by some ladies who have successfully completed their training and are determined to use their skills to earn a living!
For the time being, Baz’Art Mokaray offers a catering service to private and corporate organisations for their events or business lunches. Individuals can also book the service. Stay tuned to their Facebook page for more updates. P

Baz’Art Mokaban
Baz’Art Mokaban is a food trailer offering 100% local, homemade food [see page 70]. It is part
of the Bazart Kreasion brand’s development plan. This social enterprise was founded by ENL Group in 2011 to financially empower women from the Moka-Saint Pierre region and lift them out of poverty. After
a successful training with chef Curtis Chundnee, this project now provides monthly income to four ladies. P
