LEED ND projects
DID YOU KNOW?
With over 98,000 certified projects across 175 countries, LEED is the world’s most recognised certification programme. Its long-term vision is to reverse the impact of our environmental footprint on global warming, preserve our resources and ecosystems, and contribute to a lasting improvement in our quality of life.
THE GREEN DIVIDENDS OF LEED ND CERTIFIED DEVELOPMENTS
In addition to significantly reducing operating costs, certified developments ensure green dividends over several generations.

 7UILDINGS
We want all Oficea buildings to be LEED certified, following in the steps of PwC
Centre and Les Fascines. We promote compliance with the programme’s green philosophy across all developments within the smart city.
RECYCLI8NG POINTS
We are committed to promoting recycling with four voluntary drop-off points. We are also installing a wastewater treatment system and smart meters to help regulate our resource consumption and environmental impact in real time.

RENEWABLE ENERGIES
We have five rooftop photovoltaic
farms. They produce annually the equivalent of the power consumption of 2,000 average Mauritian households.

A MORE FLUID PUBLIC TRANSPORT NETWORK
We are developing a strategy to optimise the transit flow in the smart city. We are planning to have a bus stop within 400 metres of each residential, business or work area.
