organic waste compost bin called BiobiN is located between Helvétia and Telfair, near the future park. It produces compost using waste collected from sorting bins
in residential and industrial areas. It is airtight, accelerates the composting process and eliminates unpleasant odours.

1 sewerage network carrying wastewater from residential and commercial lots in Helvétia and Telfair to the treatment plant for processing.

1 retention pond from which the stored water is redistributed to the residential and commercial areas of the smart city via a non-potable water system.
1 individual water treatment plant on each lot for all areas without a sewerage system: Vivéa, Bagatelle and L’Avenir.
2 water supply networks on each of the smart city’s lots: the CWA drinking water system and the non-potable water system from the retention pond. It reduces our domestic consumption of drinking water for watering, car washing and toilet tanks, among others.
