Ti Pouce moves into new premises
The nursery set up by the ENL Group, Ti Pouce has moved into new premises at Vivéa Business Park in March 2020. Located by the entrance of the business park, it welcomes children from 3 months to 3 years
of age in a spacious green setting. This relocation took place seamlessly, without any disruption to the service provided. Ti Pouce enjoys a strategic central location and is a real blessing for parents working in the smart city. P

1,581 m2 to 3,208 m2. Some of them will be completed by 2021 and will serve as office space for rent by developers like Lugano Investment Ltd, Palermo
Investment Ltd and Atlantis Ltd. Others will be used as headquarters, including Indian Ocean Ship Management Services and Ouranos Property Ltd. Work is due for completion in 2022.
