comes to Moka
There is a new McDonald’s outlet in Moka for fast food lovers
and students from the region. The world-famous fast food restaurant is ideally located close to bus stops and offers menus for all budgets and appetites. The McDonald’s outlet is located on the premises of the new Shell petrol station in Telfair and will feature a drive-through for those in a hurry. It is set to become one of the area’s attractions and will provide a spacious setting for the entire family. P

  A model recalling Moka
Smart City’s vision
A detailed 3D model representing Moka Smart City will be unveiled in December 2020.
It measures 8.6 m long by 3.6m wide and is regarded as one of the largest on the island. Produced by Xworx team, this model exhibited at the Moka showroom in Telfair gives an overview of the city’s infrastructure, buildings and surroundings. It will allow future residents and buyers to imagine themselves in the city and follow its development. P
Soft mobility makeover for the Promenade
The Promenade is a walking and cycling path running from Telfair to Helvétia. There are plans to enhance its charm with the addition of a green belt and two lanes for vehicle traffic. Work will begin in early 2021 and will take eighteen months to complete. The aim is to promote soft mobility and allow very limited vehicle traffic while improving connectivity between Vivéa, Helvétia and Telfair. This ambitious project will increase the comfort and safety of residents.
