X Businesses in Moka Smart City will soon have a redundant Internet connection, also known as a backup Internet connection. This novel development will establish
Moka as the best connected region on the island and will be deployed in the following business areas: Vivéa Business Park, Bagatelle Office Park, the Bagatelle and L’Avenir commercial areas and the future city centre, Telfair.
Two physical networks/entry points will be available from different Internet service providers. This will provide a seamless connection to assure the continuity
of services.
A redundant Internet connection ensures that your computer and network remain connected in case of disruption in one of your operators’ networks. This means that companies can leverage techniques such as load balancing for an uninterrupted Internet connection.
