X Les Promenades d’Helvétia was launched in 2017 and
a number of apartment blocks and residential plots have
met with immediate and resounding success. Modern architecture, a living environment in harmony with nature, accessibility and security are the recipe for the development's success! La Promenade is moving forward
X A new section of La Promenade between Côte d’Or and the Bike Park was recently motorised, marking the completion of paving work on the smart city’s central avenue.
But that’s not all – in addition to the 4m wide bike path, a kids’ playground is also available now! The next step will be to connect La Promenade to the Côte d’Or Road towards Vivéa. Discussions with the authorities are underway and should be completed in 2022. P
