Th6at's the number of new plots of land that have been sold at Vivéa Business Park. New buyers include Bloomage Ltd, Morcellement Paradise (Mauritius) Co. Ltd, Jey Co. Ltd, Vivea Cubicles Ltd and Jtson Ltd. All of them will build office spaces in the coming years. These plots were put
up for sale in November 2019. The infrastructure for this new phase on the west end of the business park was completed in September 2020.

Over 85 km of trail routes cleared and marked
X Since October 2020, trail running and hiking enthusiasts as well as avid runners can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Moka mountain range with complete peace of mind. Moka Smart City has teamed up with three different District Councils and the Forestry Service to carry out this ambitious project. Several million rupees have been put into cleaning and marking six trails, including Les Deux Mamelles (7 km), Le Petit Both (14 km), La Classique du Pouce (3.8 km), Le Dauguet (12 km), Le Grand Pouce (20 km) and Moka Range Challenge (28 km), and making them more accessible to a maximum number of people.
The trail courses fall into 6 different categories according to their level of difficulty: green and blue (less than 8 km depending on the starting point), yellow and orange (less than 15 km depending on the starting point), red (18 km) and black (less than 30 km). With these safe trails, you really have no excuse not to go out and have some fun over the weekend or after work. Or why not train ahead of the Moka Trail?
It should also be noted that the parking area at the base of Le Pouce (see our 1st issue) should be completed
