JOIN THE MOKA RANGERS SPORTS CLUB’S FENCING SECTION
TO TRAIN YOUR SWORDSMAN SKILLS!
No, fencing is not a dangerous sport, nor is it an elite sport. You can discover this complete, intense but also demanding and social sporting discipline at Ecole du Centre’s gymnasium. You will work on improving your concentration and reflexes on an approximately 14m by 1.5m strip. Armed with a fresh dose of confidence, you will also learn how
to handle a sword with grace and precision. You don’t have to be sporty to practise fencing, which is accessible to everyone, without exception. You can experience and enjoy this modern, highly technical and physically demanding sport on your own, with colleagues or family!

MUAY THAI KICK BOXING CLASSES
IN CAMP SAMY
Muay Thai is taught by Berty d’Eau free of charge at the Camp Samy village hall. This martial art developed in Thailand has gained such popularity that it has received provisional recognition as an Olympic sport. It is also known as The Art
of the Eight Limbs and fighters are allowed to strike their opponent with their fists, elbows, knees and feet.
Berty has twelve years of expertise in the field and is delighted to see the strong interest in this sport from the people of the region. Muay Thai is taught three times a week to children and adults between 5 and 77 years old. He adds that parent-child sessions are an opportunity to spend time with the family.
