is the urban architect for Moka Smart City.
We asked her to talk about the development of the smart city’s park. This green space will be named after Martial Noël, the founder of the ENL Group, an economic driver and the main contributor to
the vitality of the region’s social and cultural fabric for almost two centuries. This huge ten-acre garden located between Telfair and Helvétia will become the green heart of the city by 2022 with its endemic trees, lakes and jogging paths.
