Moka Smart City
confirms its ambition and doubles its surface area
Moka Smart City obtained approval from the Economic Development Board (EDB) in May 2020 to double its surface
area to cover nearly 1,000 acres. This second development phase is in line with its ambition to deploy new urban planning standards and achieve lasting improvement in the quality
of life. ENL Property wants to revitalise the economy of the region and country by focusing on a host of projects:
X the development of a new neighbourhood in L’Avenir;
X the expansion of Vivéa Business Park; X the provision of infrastructure for the
future city centre; and
X the creation of a park and a sports centre.
Moka is establishing itself as a city of choice with a range of services and activities already available to residents and businesses. Already a step ahead in terms of development, it is now also the largest smart city on the island. P
