X I come to La Promenade every
two weeks with my parents to walk or cycle. What I appreciate most
here is the mix of people. The chatty atmosphere makes it easy to strike up a conversation with other walkers. It reminds me of some of the parks in France – with a lot more sunshine!P

X I train here once a week to prepare for trail runs and half-marathons, among other things. I like the peace and quiet in the morning before work. I also coach the members
of Moka Rangers Sports Club here twice a week, but this afternoon I’m with a group of young people for a short run.P

X I come here once a week depending on the weather. The peaceful setting helps soothe my mind after a day’s work, which is a good transition before going home. In addition, seeing all the other walkers encourages me to do more sport as you never feel alone.P

X This is my very first time at La Promenade. I really like this quiet spot with a good walking surface. Above all, it serves as a junction between nature and urban spaces. And at first sight, there are lots of nice people!P

X I like to come here to exercise. The view and surrounding nature are stunning; there is plenty of fresh air and lots of people. It’s a lively place with many families and children – which makes you feel safe. I’m especially looking forward to the open-air cinema screening at the amphitheatre.P

X I live in Helvétia, and I was coming here to run even before
La Promenade was developed. I would run through the sugarcane fields down to the river. It has now become a great fitness track and I’m delighted to see a greater number of people enjoying it! P
