X The first integrated neighbourhood in Mauritius is celebrating
its 10th anniversary! Les Allées d’Helvétia was the first step toward the planned development of the Moka area. Such a wide-ranging project required pioneering long-term vision from the developer, ENL Property and the support of the very first buyers.

A successful first for the Christmas Bazaar
The first Christmas Bazaar organised last year by Met Enn Koste and Oficea at La Piazza, Vivéa Business Park was a resounding success with 300 visitors, 20 exhibitors and all stocks sold out by 2pm!
