Côte d’Or road to Curepipe
La Promenade
Helvétia counts among Moka Smart City’s first mixed-use, integrated neighbourhoods and has been mapping out life in the smart city since 2010! This pleasant neighbourhood where everything is accessible on foot combines a gentle lifestyle with a lively atmosphere for the fulfilment of residents.
This new mixed-use neighbourhood facing Pieter Both Mountain is very well connected to Moka Smart City and the rest of the island. La Promenade runs through L’Avenir, which enjoys direct access to M3 motorway and is an ideal place to live or set up a business activity.
La Promenade will initially extend from Helvétia to Telfair, and ultimately to L’Avenir. It will be the main thoroughfare connecting the various parts of the smart city with pedestrian, cycle and motorised routes as well as generous nature, outdoor fitness areas and complimentary Wi-Fi.

L’Avenir
Telfair, the vibrant city centre of Moka, is a mixed-use area with offices, lively pedestrian streets with restaurants, bars and shops,
and residential properties. La Promenade runs through this innovative urban district that is poised to become more than just a destination!
The Martial Noël park extending over 10 acres of nature in the heart of the city will be its green lung in a few years’ time. There will be picnic areas, playgrounds and sports fields for residents of Moka to come and relax on weekdays and weekends!
The future multisport centre has much to offer and is set to become the new go-to place to work out! Work should start in the first quarter of 2024.
