X When I decided to open my shop, I had several options, but I chose Moka for its strategic location. My customers come from across the island to Moka because it’s all-in-one. Whether you’re looking for a gym, a grocery shop, shops or even sporting activities, Moka has it all! P

X For me, Moka is the heart of the island with accessibility that makes it the perfect location for our employees, partners and customers from across Mauritius. It was important for us to choose a location that adhered to our service quality standards, and Moka did just that. The city also gives you a sense of freedom – you can breathe. The urban development of Moka is well planned, taking into account the creation of beautiful infrastructure to welcome new businesses that want to move here, but also the development of many green spaces. X I ended up in Moka by chance and from day one, I’ve loved the city’s landscape with its mountain views. I’ve been here for 16 years now and I can say that I’ve seen Moka grow and modernise. The city has everything you could possibly need. For me, Moka is THE place to be! P

X The journey from my home to Moka and back is easy with buses running every 15 minutes through Moka and Saint Pierre, and the metro coming soon. In terms of public transport, it’s easy to get around Moka! P

X Moka has plenty of common spaces like La Piazza, where you can socialise with people from different companies and create a sense of community. I like the green spaces as well as the architecture of Vivéa Business Park and the city, with plenty of opportunities to stroll around. Everything is close by, so it isn’t essential to have a car when you’re working here. P

X My daughter studies in Moka and working close to her school provides several advantages. I can drop her off at school in the morning, pop into Oficea’s gym at Vivéa Business Park and go straight to work afterwards. If there’s a problem at school or she wants to take part in after- school activities, I can pick her up after work. P
