Telfair, the essence of Moka
The creation of a city centre in the Telfair neighbourhood is one of the most ambitious projects in the development of Moka Smart City.
Here, Moka’s vision of a new form of urban planning is underway, based on virtuous codes of social, environmental and economic development:
A well-defined architectural setting in which all the buildings delineate generous public areas equipped with quality street furniture and are surrounded by nature.

Telfair Views Apartments
With delivery scheduled for August 2025, the city centre of Moka’s first off-plan apartment development ties in perfectly with the dynamic atmosphere. Although work on these 60 apartments has only just begun, we can already see the quality of life that future residents will experience. City centre - Phase 1

Work is also underway to connect La Promenade between the amphitheatre and Telfair Square. The opening with the first operators and retailers is scheduled for December 2023!
