Mokazine #3 has just been released!

Moka Smart City has made everyone’s heart happier with the release of its annual magazine, which comes like a Christmas gift. A heart that beats to the rhythm of the new city centre, Telfair.

It took 10 years to bring the concept to fruition and the project is now taking shape with the aim to become the centrepiece of Moka. Telfair epitomises a new way of life. A more humane, inclusive and sustainable place with greater respect for natural and social balances – an even greater place to be!

The cover story highlights this project, but the magazine is also packed with all kinds of happenings and discoveries:

  • get an update on major upcoming urban developments;
