« Seb’s burger is proof that you can do one thing, and do it very well. »
Social media are already spreading the word that Seb’s Kitchen’s menu focuses on quality over quantity. You have the choice between two options, the ‘single’ for smaller appetites and the ‘double’ for the most eager ones. “We wanted to focus on quality by offering a single, top-quality and always fresh product,” says Sébastien.
Seb’s Kitchen uses only premium, dry-aged meat cuts for a taste close to that of a steak. This is why their burgers are minimalist – there is no tomato, lettuce, onion or sauce that would spoil the taste. And don’t forget their homemade buns freshly baked daily!
A special limited edition is prepared every month with rare and tasty products like Angus or Wagyu beef, or the subtle flavour of black truffle.
Seb’s Kitchen was launched three years ago and has quickly forged an excellent reputation in Mauritius, first in Grand Baie and then in Beau Bassin, before opening its latest location in the heart of the island, in Moka. A clear success on the island, it will be the first local brand in its sector to export its know-how to South Africa, with the setting up of a location in Johannesburg in 2023!
