Get ready to dig in! The 2nd edition of the Moka Food Festival invites you to the Telfair Amphitheater on Saturday, September 7th from 10am to 10pm. This family event delighted over 10,000 festival-goers last year, celebrating the culinary diversity of Mauritius. This year, it returns with exciting new offerings.

“It’s wonderful to see the enthusiasm of Mauritians for this festival! This second edition is an opportunity for us to bring families together around the rich culinary heritage of our island and to showcase the region of Moka region. It’s also the perfect occasion to gather in a spirit of sharing and to try new dishes,” says Ketty Lim Ka Lan, Events Manager of the Moka Smart City.

Indeed, the event promises even more discoveries as it expands this year to include the new restaurants along Telfair La Promenade. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through this vibrant city center and take advantage of special offers at Blacksheep, vida e caffè, La Maison de thé, and Bakery Lab, which will offer special deals for the occasion.

The First Telfair Market

Your visit to the Moka Food Festival is also a chance to experience the first edition of the Telfair Markets. Around 30 exhibitors will be showcasing their diverse products, offering a unique shopping experience in a warm and inviting atmosphere on Friday 6th and Saturday 7th of September, from 10am to 10pm.
