Rome is famous for its Colosseum, Athens for its Ancient Agora and Moka for the Telfair Amphitheatre, where the city’s users keep active and moving while socialising. They don’t have time to get bored with the array of complimentary activities offered by the Moka’mwad collective 7 days a week!

The Telfair Amphitheatre is the perfect place for the people who live and work in or visit Moka to develop friendships and share experiences with others. It also creates opportunities for young entrepreneurs and coaches to reach a new audience.

 An exciting mix of dance and fitness with a high-energy playlist that will blast away your calories while also having a good time.

Set yourself personal goals such as toning, strengthening, building muscles or sculpting your body under the watchful eye of your personal fitness coach, Haviyel.

 If you feel like there’s turmoil in your head and life, learn to slow down. Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese tradition derived from martial arts that can help you refocus your awareness.

OM Chanting Circle

Come and sit in a group arranged in a circle to chant OM, which creates vibration waves that spread over a 2km radius. This will develop a peaceful environment and a better harmony between living beings and nature.

Every first and fourth Sunday of the month

Domingo Latino

On your own or with a partner, come learn a few dance steps at the foot of Pieter Both Mountain while feeling the setting sun on your skin. Can you picture yourself there? We do too!

Every second Sunday of the month

All these activities require that you bring your sportswear and a bottle of water. Each of them will give you a good dose of dopamine.
